So now what?

Now we see how well I did today. Here's the list, with results.

- Call K (DW) Done!
- Call P (DW) Sort of done - left message (half mark)
- Download new accounting software (F) Done!
- Download application for TT development TFC (PW) Whoops...um, actually Done!
- Get boxes back from Jimmy Ye (DW) Forgot to do this, goes to tomorrow
- Contact KB & JC re: availability for OG (PW) Forgot to do this, goes to tomorrow
- PEI: TT TFC Phase 2 & insurance, contact CRA auditor re: AA2, Clear inbox & desk (DW) Done. This was a huge task and maybe the desk and inbox isn't perfect, but I'm giving myself a pass here.
- make leek & potato soup (BMS) Done!
- Call Melanie (FF) Done!
- Make reservation for dinner Feb 6 - KP & PB (FF) Done!

So out of a possible score of 10, I get 7.5. That's about a B grade according to grading traditions where I live, courtesy of Wikipedia.

Not bad.

So how do I actually feel like I went?

OK

Not great

I'm still distracted ALL DAY. I barely can concentrate on one task in front of me for more than a few minutes. It makes the day SO long, and not very productive of course.

But.

It's a start. And tomorrow I get to try all over again.

- Start NEW Financial Challenge! Courtesy of Simple Lovely, I'm joining the 3 month spending hiatus, but I'm too chicken to come out on her website and join the support group.
Her rules:
My plan is no “non-essential”* purchases for three full months (January 10 -April 10.)

* In case you’re wondering, essential includes food, toiletries (i.e. soap, toothpaste), gas, etc… We’ll also still spend money going to museums, movies, the zoo, etc… And I’ve allowed a small budget for craft supplies, but we’ve limited eating out to once a week, as this is another source of mindless spending.

My rules:

The same, but I've started almost 2 full weeks later! (Jan 27 to April 27)

Final thing on the list for tomorrow:

- Find one beautiful and/or inspiring thing to post about for tomorrow. An image, an idea, a story etc.
